I do Therapeutic Swedish relaxation massage and target work.
Basically that means I do alot of long gliding strokes, with warm coconut oil and a nice medium pressure to deep pressure.
It's hard enough to feel good and help your muscles but light enough to be nice and relaxing.
You can go to someone that knows and has been trained in various techniques and anatomy
BUT you Can't teach Touch!
Knowing how to touch someone in a soothing, comforting and relaxing way is a Talent or Gift!
Luckily for you I am Talented in such a way as well as I am Trained,Certified and I have over 10 years of experience.
